Copitrak win head to head trials over the competition, proving why they are the leading light in cost management / recovery

Copitrak Europe today announced a record start to the year, confirming the extensive interest being shown in their leading edge technology from within the legal sector.


The Copitrak 2006/7 financial year commenced on 1st February and by the end of the first month the Company were proud to welcome 4 new firms to their fast growing list of happy customers.


Copitrak have started 2006 as strongly as they finished 2005. Whilst the emphasis is on growing their share of the market there is also a great deal of importance placed upon meeting customer expectations and the desire to provide "proof of concept" at every stage of the sales process. Hence their success during the trial phase.


"Implementing our products on a trial basis is never a problem to us," says Director of Sales & Marketing, Stewart Hadley, "I guess you could say, "it does exactly what it says on the tin" with Copitrak, because we pride ourselves on the integrity of our sales force. "When any of our products are implemented there are never any surprises for the customer and we endeavour to live up to all expectations, including what we believe to be the highest return on investment achievable from a cost recovery system".


Recent "wins" for Copitrak have certainly been testimony to the quality of their latest offerings, as 3 of the 4 new customers elected to implement Copitrak as the cost recovery front end to their eCopy / Canon systems.


"Cost recovery has evolved significantly during my 5 years with Copitrak.", says Technical Director, Damian Jeal, "Whilst capturing and recovering the cost of doing business remains a central part of our solutions, we see an upward trend in the need to manage IT assets, such as the printer fleet, and managing costs in general. With the Copitrak solution this is all easily achieved and adds a whole new dimension - cost management".


"Furthermore, the need to integrate our products with other applications remains of paramount importance. We are able to deliver standard tools to integrate with other related systems, such as practice management and document management, as well as providing embedded solutions, Omtool and eCopy being prime examples".


"With regard to practice management, a very good example would be Elite - we have in excess of 120 customers worldwide using the Elite system, over 20 of which are based here in the UK".
